Secure Residential Treatment Facility
The Restoration Center is a secure residential treatment facility located in Central Point Oregon, serving individuals from all over the state of Oregon. The Restoration Center is a 16 bed facility that specializes in providing stabilization to individuals that are experiencing symptoms that are related to a mental health disorder. At the Restoration Center, staff provide client centered services in a home like environment to include individual and group therapy, social skills groups, medication management and case management. Residents at the Restoration Center are offered the opportunity to gain skills that will allow them to move into a non secure level of care in the future, while remaining in a safe and therapeutic environment. Each resident has their own room for privacy, they enjoy a common area for socialization. The Restoration Center staff support residents dietary needs and cooking skills by offering meals and snacks, where residents can participate in meal planning and preparation. Residents also enjoy community social skills outings with staff,which introduces them to community resources and attractions. The Restoration Center is a goal based program, participating residents remain in treatment as long as it is therapeutically necessary to meet their goals.
Residential Treatment Home
The Restoration Home RTH (Residential Treatment Home) is a 5-bed treatment program licensed with the state of Oregon to provide behavioral health treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. This level of care is intended to be a step-down from secure locations such as the State Hospital and SRTFs. This non-secure program allows residents to have open access to the community. Residents who are coming from a secure setting will likely encounter new challenges once they have access to the community, such as struggling with maintaining sobriety and adhering to their treatment progress. Qualified staff work with residents through treatment groups, 1 on 1 training and supported community outings to identify those barriers to their success. The goal of treatment at the Restoration Home is to teach our residents the skills they need to overcome those barriers and live more independently with their mental illness.
Adult Foster Home
The Restoration Homes are mental health Adult Foster Homes that provide a home-like setting with specific support and assistance for clients. We’re working with an SPMI population that has been stabilized on medications and is actively in outpatient treatment with their respective services (jcmh/options/columbia care). The Restoration Homes provide skills training support and prompting for all ADL’s as needed and IADL’s as well. The RH’s goal is to assist clients with the transition in their individual goals for successful living back with families, roommates or independent living. Our goal for all our clients is that they attain the highest quality of life they can learn to maintain… all the while, we provide on-site care with medication management, meal prep and planning, scheduling rides, and appointments and helping them stay connected with services.
